NVC Security Ltd is currently recruiting for a Relief Mobile Response Officer. This is a part-time position with variable hours as relief cover will be required on an ad-hoc basis. 5hr shifts and the opportunity for additional overtime.
Relief officers will be required to work some weekends.
Shift Time (Subject to Change): 18:30pm – 07:00am
The role will include:
- Locking and unlocking various premises across the region
- Conducting foot patrols of different sites
- Responding to any alarm activations that come in
- As well as any other duties as required – such as ad hoc site visits
The majority of the work is based in and around the region; you may occasionally be required to travel further afield to neighboring counties, so candidates should be confident drivers.
Ideally, the right candidate will have had at least three years' experience as a security officer and should be comfortable working night shifts. Candidates should be confident lone workers, and any previous experience as a patrol/response driver is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Candidates will need a checkable work history for the previous five years, and you must be fluent in written and spoken English.
You must be over 25, have a valid SIA Licence, and a manual driving licence.
An NVC Security Ltd mobile patrol response van will be provided – you would not be required to use your own vehicle other than to travel to our office to collect your van prior to the beginning of each shift.
