About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our onsite team at Securitas Security Services in Nottingham.

This casual, unique, and flexible site role requires week-to-week flexibility, punctuality, and adaptability as you will be covering a fixed shift pattern of 4 on 4 off to supply coverage for our clients 365 days a year.

If you're passionate about security and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this dynamic role.

You will be responsible for access control, undertaking route-planned patrols, and monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV.

Additionally, you will respond to site emergencies and comply with carrying out other duties reasonably requested from the client or site manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Access control and visitor/contractor access controlling
  • Monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV
  • Responding to site emergencies
  • Complying with carrying out other duties reasonably requested
Requirements
  • SIA Licence
  • Right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to a car
  • Minimum 2 year security experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic IT computing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
