Electrical Project Manager Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
  3. Conduct site visits to survey new projects, assess project progress, and identify potential issues.
  4. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  6. Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
  7. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in electrical engineering and project coordination.
  2. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong knowledge of electrical industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Benefits:
