Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team in Maidstone. As a Finance Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate management and processing of client funds in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage client funds in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Perform data entry, query management, and account reconciliation tasks
- Maintain high accuracy in financial transactions and reconciliation processes
- Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative in managing daily responsibilities
- GCSEs with a strong preference for Maths and English
- Numerical skills with a strong aptitude for working with numbers and financial data
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry and financial transactions
- Technology proficiency in using financial software and general office technology, including Excel and accounting systems
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
