Spotless Midlands Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Team Leader to join our team. As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our clients in the Burton, Derby, Lichfield, and Ashby areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning services are delivered to clients
  • Conduct site visits to assess cleaning needs and develop cleaning plans
  • Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and COSHH guidelines
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas
  • Monitor and report on cleaning performance and quality
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license with 3 points or less
  • Ability to travel across multiple sites during one shift
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary pro rata £26,728 with contracted 30 hours (£21,554 per annum)
  • Fortnightly pay
  • 28 days paid holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays
  • Support from Manager
  • Immediate start available

Please note that you must live in or near to Burton on Trent and be comfortable travelling around Burton, Derby, Ashby, and Lichfield using the company vehicle.
