This pivotal position is essential for advancing the organization’s mission to highlight its commitment to delivering luxury services on a global scale through innovative digital marketing initiatives. You will engage directly with all technical aspects of digital marketing.

You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate across various departments to formulate strategic marketing plans aimed at penetrating new markets for enhanced visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, and email outreach.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a comprehensive global digital strategy supported by analytics.
  • Utilize A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize campaign effectiveness and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Partner with the CEO to monitor budget allocations and provide regular updates to the senior leadership team.
  • Foster strong partnerships with agencies and suppliers.
  • Oversee one direct report while also engaging with the technical teams within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the luxury sector, particularly within an international context, is required.
  • Proven hands-on experience across all digital channels, including paid search, social media, and SEO.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on problem-solving for the organization.
  • Conduct thorough research to uncover new opportunities in emerging markets.
  • A results-oriented individual with a commercial mindset, ready to elevate the brand to new heights.
