Reality HR is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis.

We are a leading HR Consultancy, established for 20 years, providing flexible HR services that support the growth and success of the businesses we work with.

As an HR Consultant, you will provide HR expertise across the whole HR spectrum to a range of clients, focusing on delivering value-added HR solutions tailored to their business needs.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing client cultures and working with them to ensure delivery of their HR agenda strategically and operationally.
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities to deliver bespoke HR solutions.
  • Managing specific client projects, including grievances, disciplinary issues, TUPE, and redundancy.
  • Initiating and supporting people change and transformation.
  • Supporting senior leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent through talent acquisition and talent management plans.
  • Implementing and maintaining a wide range of HR policies and practices.
  • Accountable for monthly sales targets and results with the team of consultants.
  • Supporting our CEO to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and conducting new business enquiry calls or visits.
  • Providing employment law and pragmatic advice tailored to the client's business.
  • Day-to-day management of members of the Advisor or HR Admin team, including regular 1-2-1s, compiling personal development plans, and setting objectives.

We are looking for an HR Consultant with:

  • Significant HR knowledge and experience, preferably as a Senior HR Generalist in a professional HR Consultancy or as a self-employed HR Consultant.
  • Commercial focus, understanding the need to balance employment and commercial requirements.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
  • An advocate for change, bringing fresh ideas to our clients.
  • Confident and outgoing communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep and demonstrable HR expertise, with the ability to shape policy and strategy.
  • Superb organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.
  • Delegation skills, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the challenges of the business.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
