Position Overview:

Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Employment Type: Ajilon Consultant
Location: Hybrid working model

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sourcing and contract management activities for designated spend categories.
  • Conduct spend data analysis and supply market research.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
  • Prepare tender documentation and manage competitive sourcing processes.
  • Analyze bidder responses and lead negotiations.
  • Facilitate contract award and mobilization processes.
  • Deliver sourcing projects that yield savings and other benefits.
  • Manage contract activities for a portfolio of suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing contract changes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in sourcing and contract management.
  • Adapt to support various procurement functions as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing sourcing and contract processes across multiple categories.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving optimal value.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of contract drafting and management.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Willingness to enhance knowledge of procurement processes and regulations.
