Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assessment Expert to join our expanding team. As an Assessment Expert, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare; Children and Young People's Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
- Collaborating with learners to ensure the highest possible standards.
- Completion of all relevant paperwork associated with the role.
- Monitoring and reporting on learner progress and concerns.
Requirements:
- A recognized Assessor Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent).
- Relevant work experience, preferably within the Health and Social Care sectors, Children, Young People, and families.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Full driving license with use of own vehicle and the ability to travel to our services across the UK.

DBS Checks:
Care2Succeed uses the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to make checks at an enhanced level on all persons whose work or proposed work will involve regular contact with or working in close proximity to the children and vulnerable adults in the care units our learners work in.
