Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assessment Expert to join our expanding team. As an Assessment Expert, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare; Children and Young People's Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
  • Collaborating with learners to ensure the highest possible standards.
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork associated with the role.
  • Monitoring and reporting on learner progress and concerns.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Assessor Qualification (TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent).
  • Relevant work experience, preferably within the Health and Social Care sectors, Children, Young People, and families.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Full driving license with use of own vehicle and the ability to travel to our services across the UK.
