Are you a passionate leader with a love for coffee and people? Do you have a commercial mind and the ability to think ahead? We're looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team at Costa Coffee in Summertown, Oxford.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a perfect space for customers to enjoy our coffee, drumming up fresh ideas to meet their changing needs, and taking ownership of all controllable costs. You'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop their skills to reach their full potential.
