This role is part of Save the Children International's TecHHub Bangladesh, a pioneering initiative established to harness technology for the empowerment of children and communities. Operating as a digital innovation hub for the global Save the Children movement, which is active in 120 countries, TecHHub Bangladesh boasts a dynamic team of over 70 digital technology professionals. The hub has successfully supported more than 300 digital initiatives in Bangladesh and 37 other countries worldwide.

The Role
In collaboration with members of the global IT team, the successful candidate will be tasked with developing and sustaining integration solutions within the organization. This position will work closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their analytical needs and implement integration solutions that adhere to best practices. The role necessitates experience in modifying existing solutions as well as crafting new ones.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.

• Demonstrated understanding of application and data integrations.

• Solid knowledge of networking and data protocols.

• Proficient in Microsoft Azure Integration tools and technologies, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Monitoring.

• Interest in Microsoft Azure Event Hubs and Event Grid.

• Familiarity with Event Driven Architecture and Service Oriented Architecture.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-experts.

• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Cultural sensitivity and experience in delivering solutions internationally within an agile project delivery framework.

• Experience in maintaining source control using Git or Azure DevOps.

• Strong familiarity with various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and traditional waterfall approaches.

• Proven experience with diverse Project Management practices and disciplines.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• A track record of designing and implementing reporting solutions that are both functional and engaging.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
