About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool Biggleswade Saxon is a reputable childcare provider that offers a nurturing environment for children to grow and develop. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality childcare services.

About the Role

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and educational needs of children are met, including supporting parents with any special educational needs (SEN) or additional support needs (ASN).
  • You will take ownership of observing, assessing, and planning for your key children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education and be committed to delivering a child-centered approach that encourages and praises children's development and achievements.
  • As a keyworker, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.

About Our Benefits
