Job Summary:
The Residential Development Sales team at Savills is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join their dedicated new home sales department based in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the industry's leading firms in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily buyer inquiries, calls, and office and marketing suite visits to effectively promote properties for sale.
- Valuate small-scale development schemes and market properties to potential buyers.
- Liaise with clients and Sales Managers to provide progress reports and seek to build the sales business through proactive contact development.
- Closely liaise with the Sales Manager, reporting all issues without delay and following reporting procedures as required.
- Ensure good liaison with clients at all times, keeping them updated on sales as required.
- Liaise with clients' build, legal, and sales departments as needed.
- Maintain awareness of competing schemes in the area and trends in the local property market.
- Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists, and displays.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Be comfortable using and compiling comparable data and advising clients.
- Have basic experience in new home sales, although this is not essential.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic experience in new home sales is desirable.
