About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Lookers Newcastle Audi. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our online presence for all our vehicles is up to date with the latest offers and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize our online presence for new and used cars, driving footfall to our website, and creating opportunities for the sales team.
  • Update daily price changes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure the quality of images online is to the highest standard, showcasing our vehicles in the best possible light.
  • Review pricing reports with the sales manager to ensure all stock is priced correctly and within our pricing policy, maximizing our opportunity to sell.

Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills, with a good understanding of Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of the motor trade would be an advantage.
  • Good people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
