As a Reflective Foster Carer, you will play a vital role in providing a secure and supportive environment for children and young people who require immediate placement or respite care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to young people who present a range of behaviors, requiring patience, understanding, and commitment.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including a dedicated fostering social worker and family support worker, to ensure the individual needs of each child or young person are met.
  • Support young people through times of transition and change, promoting stability and security in their lives.
  • Participate in a specialist training program, enhancing your skills and knowledge to provide the best possible care.
