Administrative Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our busy office team. As an administrative assistant, you will provide support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks and ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Issue policy documents in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Issue renewal quotes
  • Support new business development with social media administration
Requirements:
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
