We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Recruit UK | Certified B Corp™. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our financial advisers, ensuring smooth operations within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare client packs and issue appointment emails/letters
  • Manage client data, update records, and maintain compliance documentation
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to gather necessary information
  • Process new business applications and manage the workflow
  • Support advisers with diary management, meeting arrangements, and preparation of client-facing documents
  • Optimise back-office systems and maintain compliance standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a financial planning or IFA environment
  • Excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in using financial advice software
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
