Service Reception Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Reception Manager to join our team at Jago Consultants in Epsom, Surrey. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Service Department operations, including managing staff and customer concerns, driving performance, and ensuring a high quality of service.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of Service Reception staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
