We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/Visual Designer to join our UX Team at AJ Bell. As a key member of our design team, you will play a prominent role in shaping the visual look and feel of our award-winning platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design leadership: Contribute to the development of our overall design strategy and influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Creativity: Develop and implement innovative design solutions that enhance the user experience of our App.
  • App focused: Design UI elements for App/mobile across iOS and Android, with a deep understanding of interaction design and how to craft delightful mobile experiences.
  • Design Systems: Create and maintain components in a Figma library, contributing to the development of our new design guidelines and component libraries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with executive and cross-functional teams to build and nurture team collaboration.
  • Decision making: Make informed and strategic decisions in the design process, balancing user needs, business considerations, and creative goals.
  • Effective communication: Clearly and persuasively communicate design ideas, rationales, and strategies to various audiences.
  • Advocacy: Promote UX in the wider business, identifying opportunities to showcase UX through blog posts, presentations, and workshops.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, contributing to their growth and development.
Requirements
