Job Title: Senior UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to join our team at Publicis Groupe UK. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge digital AI products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on visual design and a deep understanding of how to create visually appealing, intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with our Product Design Lead, product owners, and development teams to craft engaging, user-friendly experiences that make use of AI to meet the evolving needs of creative professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for a suite of AI products
  • Transform complex concepts into clear, user-friendly experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, generative AI, and marketing to inform your design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to continuously improve our products
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by actively seeking ways to enhance the user experience of our products
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on visual design for digital products
  • Exceptional visual design skills, with a portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
