About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Victim Support. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our service delivery team, including managing day-to-day tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, including case management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and volunteers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on customer service and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
