Compensation, Hours & Benefits for our Retail Customer Specialist
Starting pay is £12.15 per hour (£10.86 for ages 16-17, £9.42 for ages 16-17 in London).
Upon completing the necessary retail induction stages, your pay will increase to £12.35 per hour (£11.08 for ages 16-17, £9.63 for ages 16-17).

Key Responsibilities as a Retail Customer Specialist
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Guide customers on shoe care and accessories, meeting daily performance targets.
