Sales Administrator

This is a rare opportunity to join our client's Westerham-based team as a Sales Administrator, supporting the busy sales team in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant team members.
- Follow up on web enquiries, internal leads, and phone calls to optimize sales leads.
- Take job requests and log them on the company's computer system.
- Create and update quotes on CRM/Salesforce accurately.
- Call existing clients to follow up on quotations provided by the Surveyors.
- Proofread and issue quotations.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and client-relation skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Salespoint or CRM experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A drive for success and following up quotes to generate new business.
- Prior experience in sales administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
