We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead and motivate our site team, supervise direct labor, and coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations and adherence to the construction program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Leadership: Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Supervision and Mentoring: Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Cost Management: Adopt, maintain, and promote cost-conscious management practices to ensure the project is delivered within budget.
- Program Management: Prepare, review, and update realistic scheme programs to ensure the project is delivered on time.
- Method Statement and Risk Assessment: Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed, and updated to ensure the project is delivered safely and efficiently.
- Project Planning and Resource Allocation: Ensure the project is properly planned, programmed, and resourced to achieve safe, profitable, and timely delivery.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare monthly progress project reports and ensure that method statements, risk assessments, and approval documents are in place for all site activities.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all contractual requirements.
- Subcontractor and Material Management: Manage subcontractors and materials to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Strong background of working within the build industry.
- CSCS Site Manager Qualified: Hold a valid CSCS site manager qualification.
- First Aid: Hold a valid first aid certification.
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence: Hold a valid full UK driving license.
