About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and helping customers find the perfect products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Process transactions, handle cash and credit sales, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
