As a Senior Associate Partner, you will be responsible for managing and developing a mixed caseload of complex commercial and technology law matters. You will also supervise and contribute to the growth of the team, maintaining a healthy work-life balance to achieve sustainable long-term outcomes for clients and staff.

Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial and technology agreements, with a strong understanding of IP and Data Protection Law. You will be proactive, with experience managing clients independently and supervising junior solicitors.

**Requirements:**

* Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or Partner with significant experience in commercial and technology agreements
* Experience with technology clients and familiarity with IP and Data Protection Law is highly desirable
* Proactive with experience managing clients independently and supervising junior solicitors
* Typically at least 5 years PQE, though we welcome applications from those with relevant experience
* Interest in marketing and business development activities
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients and colleagues achieve their goals
* Open to flexible working patterns, including hybrid work arrangements
