Role Overview
At Zevo Health, we are a prominent organization dedicated to enhancing the psychological well-being of professionals engaged in content moderation and Trust & Safety. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to a burgeoning sector fueled by the growth of online content. As we expand our network of clinical affiliates in response to increasing client needs, we seek qualified Clinical Psychologists or Therapeutic Counsellors to provide digital therapeutic support through our online platform, as well as conduct individual and group sessions.

Your responsibilities will include utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to address trauma cases while adhering to safety protocols. You will be tasked with evaluating risks, maintaining ethical standards, collaborating with the Clinical Programme Lead, and facilitating group sessions aimed at fostering resilience and coping strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual online and in-person counselling sessions to address various psychological and emotional challenges.
  • Facilitate onsite group and peer support sessions to promote resilience, healthy coping mechanisms, and positive interpersonal relationships.
  • Implement short-term, solution-focused therapeutic interventions such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
  • Effectively manage clinical risks to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.
  • Assess trauma cases related to exposure to distressing content and follow established escalation procedures.
  • Evaluate and manage risks of harm to self or others, including minors, when necessary.
  • Lead creative therapeutic sessions, including arts and crafts, music, and mindful activities.
  • Review training materials prior to onsite sessions to ensure preparedness.
  • Manage administrative tasks promptly, including tracking group session data and completing individual case notes.
  • Maintain professionalism on client sites and adhere to site-specific guidelines.
  • Communicate promptly with Clinical Team Leads and Operations to support collaborative efforts and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in monthly peer support sessions with the Clinical Team Lead as needed.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in Trust & Safety to enhance knowledge.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines set by relevant governing and licensing bodies.


Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseEducational Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinical or counselling psychology or MSc/MA in Psychotherapy.
  • Minimum graduate membership with relevant professional bodies.
  • Additional clinical training related to short-term, solution-focused interventions.
  • Certification in suicide risk assessment, ensuring the ability to identify and manage at-risk clients.
  • Completion of CPD training in line with governing body requirements.
Previous Work Experience
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in individual and group interventions; experience in a corporate setting is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or digital therapy platforms is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging presentations to adult audiences.
  • Experience in cross-cultural counselling, showcasing sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to uphold professionalism and ethical standards in a corporate environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various video conferencing tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong data management skills for accurate handling of client information.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and agility.
  • Excellent time management and clinical prioritization skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
