Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven track record in defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics for improvement
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Background in implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience in defining and executing program requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing end-to-end delivery and communicating outcomes to senior leadership
