Position: Site Manager
Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking a committed professional to fulfill the role of Site Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance and functionality of the premises, ensuring a safe environment for all.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
If you possess enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude, this position may align with your career aspirations. While prior experience in the construction or maintenance sectors is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential:
- Background in construction or related fields
- Excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- Strong planning capabilities
- Physical fitness to operate necessary equipment
Desirable:
- Certification in a trade
- Leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of relevant policies and legislation
