Blue Water Recruitment is seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead a £10m new build commercial project in South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budgetary standards are met.
  2. Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  3. Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  4. Manage quality control procedures, including inspections, snagging, and compliance with building regulations.
  5. Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and work to keep the project within budget.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Competitive salary, car allowance, holiday entitlement, and matched pension contributions.

This is a permanent contract opportunity with a reputable Principal Contractor.
