- University degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field, such as financial planning, wealth management, or business development
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification
- IIROC license (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
