Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person support to employees in our London office and remote support to international offices
  • Provision and deploy hardware for new and existing employees
  • Manage IT hardware stock levels and lifecycle
  • Check and maintain meeting room and office IT equipment
  • Collaborate with the IT team to provide support and enforce IT policies
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvements and independent projects

Requirements

  • Experience with Linux or Mac OS (ideally both)
  • Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with JAMF Pro
  • Experience in Linux or a passion to learn
  • Network troubleshooting experience
  • Audio Visual experience
  • Google Workspace applications and administration
  • Bash and/or Python Scripting
