Reception Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Reception Administrator to support our team in Aberdeen. This is a temporary position, perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients.
  • Manage phone calls, taking messages and directing calls as necessary.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry and scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
