Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented M&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for helping our clients access M&A opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with senior executives from Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, and other clients to provide precise, timely, and well-researched insights on potential deals.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare support material to help clients assess the viability of potential targets.
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials, client presentations, and detailed transaction documents to support decision-making for high-profile M&A opportunities.
  • Proactively manage cross-border deals, working across multiple time zones and adapting to the fast-paced nature of global M&A transactions.
  • Take ownership of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing urgent tasks, and maintaining deal momentum while responding promptly to client queries and requirements.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, building a robust network that facilitates deal origination and client engagement.
