We are currently in search of an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a prestigious corporate contract. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing both scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks alongside the existing maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Facilities Management and a proven history in electrical maintenance within commercial settings. Working Hours
  • Continental day shifts
Key Responsibilities
  • Lighting maintenance (including small installations, troubleshooting, and lamp replacement)
  • Conducting emergency lighting inspections
  • Managing control panels
  • Replacing ballasts
  • Monitoring BMS systems (e.g., temperature control)
  • Performing all aspects of mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Maintaining and updating maintenance logs
  • Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
  • Servicing pumps and motors
Qualifications
  • Electrically or mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3)
  • Ability to provide evidence of trade qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with a broad range of capabilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Client-facing experience
