Join Our Team as a Recruitment Consultant for Construction and Property

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction and Property team in Birmingham. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for filling roles in the construction market, working with large clients and winning new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer the best experience possible for all candidates working with Randstad's clients
  • Meet with candidates multiple times per week to build new and lasting relationships
  • Achieve targets, if not, exceed them
  • Accurately manage our payment systems to ensure candidates are paid on time
  • Be confident and able in compliance
