**Our Retail Team**
We're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the store delivers premium customer service, achieves targets, and delivers commercial and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store
- Identifying Opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability through effective merchandising and visual displays
- Inspiring the Team to deliver exceptional service through regular service and product training
- Supporting Recruitment and conducting performance/probation reviews to ensure the team is motivated and performing at its best
- Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure seamless store operations
**Requirements**
- Previous Retail Management Experience at a similar level, preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment
- A Passion for Luxury Products, although we're open to all retail backgrounds
- A Proven Track Record of increasing overall business performance and driving sales growth
- Highly Visual and Commercial Product Management Skills to drive sales and maximize profitability
- Confident Working Under Pressure and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment
