Job Summary

We're seeking Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized care and support, building strong relationships with our clients, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide transportation to appointments and outings

Requirements

  • UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
