Key Responsibilities:- Formulate support plans with young people and construct packages of support to meet their needs.
- Promote young people's physical, emotional, and social welfare, encouraging them to take responsibility for themselves and act responsibly towards others.
- Work collaboratively with young people, their social workers, carers, and other relevant agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Take responsibility for the upkeep of the establishment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all residents.
- Administer daily tasks, including record-keeping and administrative duties.
- Experience working in a residential childcare setting.
- Ability to act as an advocate for young people.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Desirable: Level 4 diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, experience working in a team, and high level of professional integrity and honesty.
This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. The successful candidate will be required to work at other company properties as directed by management.
