Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating supply chain practices, negotiating with suppliers, analyzing data, and identifying and minimizing risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Optimization: Review and update supply chain practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering products to customers.
  • Supplier Management: Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers, monitor their performance, and maintain cost-effective practices.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify issues and develop alternative plans.
  • Risk Management: Identify and minimize risk by predicting demand and ensuring no disruption to supply.
  • Inventory Management: Manage purchasing, production planning, inventory, picking, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Team Management: Monitor and motivate staff to ensure targets are met.
  • Relationship Building: Build a close relationship with suppliers and ensure awareness of supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of five years' experience within Supply Chain Management.
  • Skills: Strong planning skills, project management expertise, excellent time management skills, strategic planning and thinking, systems analysis and evaluation, complex problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and in-depth knowledge of various IT systems.
  • Education: Not specified.

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday 08:30 am – 4:30 pm & Fridays 08:30 am – 4:00 pm
