As a key member of our Rubix management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our Southampton branch. Your primary focus will be on effectively managing and guiding our internal sales team to maximize sales activities and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed business expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
