About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team at ITL UK. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle, defining problems, proposing and refining solutions, and playing a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct requirement analysis workshops to develop project or program backlogs.
  • Document epics and user stories with wireframes and acceptance criteria.
  • Accountable for the delivery of a functional specification that business teams sign off on and development teams use as the baseline for technical specifications.
  • Develop process flows that reflect business As-Is and To-Be requirements.
  • Incorporate existing IT or business risks or open problem tickets into the design of the new solution.
  • Support development and test teams during estimation, development, and testing phases.
  • Own the initial sign-off of development activities in SIT to meet expected business requirements.
  • Conduct show-and-tell sessions after each development phase.
  • Support business user acceptance testing and defects triage process.
  • Support the hypercare phase post-go-live.
  • Adapt or produce an LTA for the project and own any resulting risk findings to resolution.
  • Understand end-to-end business processes and workflows from a business or functional perspective.
  • Map business requirements to technical specifications for the development team.
  • Work with the development lead and solution architect to highlight new techniques and plugins that improve process efficiency and ensure best practices are shared and validated.
  • Proactively gain industry insights for the responsible technology platform and bring them to the attention of the team.
  • Be the first point of contact for problem ticket actions or risks created for their environment.
  • Assist developers with creating technical specifications for project work.
  • Participate in the design authority group.
  • Maintain and manage code standards for the development team.
Requirements
  • Strong techno-functional knowledge of Salesforce in an integrated CRM ecosystem.
  • Good customer interfacing and communication skills.
  • Ability to attend and understand requirement workshops with customers and provide SFDC solutions on Salesforce.
  • Preferred skills include SFDC Analytics, B2B Commerce Lightning, and SFDC Revenue Cloud.
