We are seeking a highly skilled Food Materials Research Scientist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute research projects to improve the quality and safety of our food products.
- Plan and lead experimental work plans and trials to ensure compliance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements.
- Conduct literature reviews, IP landscaping, analytical testing needs, and consumer science testing to inform product development.
- Maintain experimental workspaces and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and quality policies.
- Implement corrective measures when necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
- Strong scientific understanding and experience in food materials research and development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to prioritize and manage activities.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, including the ability to write technical reports.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to identify and implement solutions independently.
- Understanding of relevant product/process technology and ability to apply scientific knowledge to experiment planning and analysis.
