About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to join our Mergers and Acquisitions Tax team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional tax services to our clients, including large private equity houses and infrastructure funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on transaction tax and commercial M&A issues, managing high-profile projects, and conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Developing innovative solutions for clients and pursuing new business development opportunities through your networks and market knowledge.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored tax advice to support their business goals.
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver integrated tax services, including tax structuring, input into SPA and financing documents, and post-acquisition implementation and reorganizations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate tax, with a focus on M&A transactions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to analyze information, identify issues, and prioritize them.
  • Prior experience in a professional services firm is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
