Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Specialist
Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our M&A Tax team, you will be responsible for advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile projects, providing expert tax advice to clients
- Conduct due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions
- Ad hoc project work, including advising on tax structuring and deal execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying innovative solutions to their tax needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in M&A tax, preferably in a professional services firm
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to analyse complex information, identify issues, and prioritise them
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
