Job Description

Renishaw PLC is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Managers by administering CRM, coordinating customer support, producing quotations, and qualifying leads/opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the UK Sales Managers by administering CRM, coordinating customer support, producing quotations, and qualifying leads/opportunities.
  • Provide front-line technical support for customers.
  • Produce quotations, coordinate customer issues relating to POs and deliveries.
  • Process sales orders on Sage to support the Sales Office.
  • Coordinate opportunities up to £5K and raise opportunities over £5K, following up with ASMs.
  • Identify and qualify leads from enquiries/sales and identify opportunities for product upgrades for customers using obsolete products.
  • Engage in proactive teamwork, support ASMs and liaise with finance on credit control.
Requirements:
  • Educated to A Levels or equivalent level.
  • The ability to work without close supervision.
  • Excellent planning and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Sage applications including Sales Review (but not essential).
  • Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft products, including Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience within a corporate sales support role preferred.
