Job Opportunity: Early Help Open to Review Coordinator

**Role Overview**

As an Early Help Open to Review Coordinator, you will be part of the 0-25 social care service, collaborating with the 0-18 social care team. Your focus will be on working directly with disabled children and young people, aiming to ensure the best possible outcomes through support and inclusion to help them achieve their full potential.

This is a part-time role with flexible working days and hours to accommodate the needs of service users. The position is offered on a Limited Term Contract or secondment basis for six months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit children, chair review meetings, and share reports to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop relationships and understand children's experiences to provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with agencies, providers, and family members to gather and share information.
  • Review and monitor plans for children and families to ensure timely interventions.
  • Gather and share information to inform reviews and assessments, promoting informed decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in services for children and young people.
  • Experience in a statutory setting with children and families, with a strong understanding of childcare legislation and risk assessment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Candidates must undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Access to a car is required for travel to various locations in South Gloucestershire.
