We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of our Statement of Purpose.
Key Responsibilities- Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager
- Support and manage staff to enable them to meet the needs of children and young people
- Undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate
- Manage child protection concerns and complaints
- Work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people
- Offer supervision and support to senior staff
- Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Working towards or holds a level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
- Current driving license
- 1 year's relevant supervisory experience in the care sector
