Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at an NHS Trust client based in the Shropshire area. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in in-patient wards for rehabilitation and post-operative care
  • Support patients in their treatment, recovery, well-being, and end-of-life care
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year's experience working in the UK as a Registered General Nurse
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends
