About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Bank team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient experience

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical best practices. Experience in producing high-quality care plans and risk assessments is essential, as is knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
